M2: Social Accounting Matrices and Estimation Part 2
This module focuses on the development of aggregate SAMs. There are two options: a National Accounts Matrix (NAM) and macro-SAM. The former is consistent with the structure of national accounts since 2008, while the later is consistent with the typical SAM structure use in CGE modeling and the SNA from the 1960s. The NAM is converted to a macro-SAM for subsequent SAM development.
This module assumes you have access the MS Excel and s GAMS with GAMS Studio as the editor.
